Items purchased from Placemats.com which are subject to physical delivery are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier by our chocolate vendor. Items purchased from Placemats.com which are delivered online to you through your account on our website are deemed delivered upon first use or submission.
