30 Day Returns Policy
At Placemats.com we want you to have a positive experience with all of our products and when ordering from us. There can be lots of reasons why you might need to return your order, we realise that the computer monitor is not always the best way to completely get a feel of the colors. For that reason we have a no-hassle 30 day returns policy where you can easily obtain either a refund or, if you prefer, exchange your placemats for a different design.
What do I need to know about getting a refund?
Please inspect your order upon delivery by the courier and hold onto any packaging materials that came with the order, particularly if you can see that the outer box is damaged.
When opening the placemats please keep hold of the manufacturer's product box, wherever applicable, and include this when returning your placemats. Fees may sometimes apply if the original packaging is not returned.
If you notice a factory flaw or any other type of fault with your placemats, please contact us and we will arrange for the replacement and collection of any faulty items.
I just did not like the colour
You are welcome to return your order where, for example, the colour just does not work with the rest of the decoration in your room, anytime up to 30 days from receipt of your order.

We will provide the appropriate return address and/or arrange collection when you contact us to request a return or exchange.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
