With a primary focus on cork backed placemats and coasters, Pimpernel have been supplying their quality products since the 1930's. Pimpernel also produce a variety of tabletop products, including trays and often the placemat design is produced to accompany a dinnerware range from within the wider group. Pimpernel as a a brand is now part of the larger Portmerion Group of tabletop brands from the UK, including Royal Worcester and Spode.
